Safety, Health and Environment Manager



Job Description


SHE Manager will be responsible for all activities regarding to Safety, Security, Health and Environment for all company’s employees as well as third party’s employees working at the company’s premise.

He/ She will lead, develop and implement an effective safety strategy for the company in line with corporate objectives, operational requirements and Viet Nam legislative requirements.

He/ She will contribute to the company overall success by promoting and developing a safety culture of continuous improvement and zero harm in the workplace.


1 Develop procedures and guidelines
- Develop and communicate standard procedures, regulations, guidance and performance measures regarding to Safety, Security, Health and Environment for all Company’s employees and third party’s employees working for the company.

2 Incident/ Accident investigation
- Lead the investigation and provide solutions in case of incidents/ accidents happened in the company.

3 Training
- Ensure every employee has the appropriate induction, training and protective equipment required to do their job safely.
- Coordinate closely with L&D manager to conduct trainings related to safety, health and environment (both face to face and web-based trainings) for company employees and third party employees.

4 Assess and reduce overall organisational Safety, Health & Environmental risk.
- Carry out hazard identification and risk assessment for the whole company
- Ensure to have adequate security measures in place to protect and safeguard staff travelling to risk countries, in accordance with the protocol Travel Risk and Security.
- Ensures that during company’s major events, the appropriate safety and health measures are taken in accordance with Global Safety Standards.
- Manage health and safety requirements for any third party contractors on Brewery sites including safety inductions and signed health and safety agreements.

5 Coordination with local authorities and regional level
- Work with local authorities for all matters related to company’s safety

Job Requirement

- University Degree (Specialize in engineering such as Mechanics/ Electricity or labour safety department)
- 5 year working experience with 2+ years H&S Manager experience, prefer in FMCG production environment
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment, industrial safety, ISO 14000 standards
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Production Management) methodologies and tools is preferable.

-Assist documents team as per instructions by documents manager
-Prepare immigration documents for clients as per instructions by documents manager
-Translating and processing, analyzing financial statements for clients

• Responsible to the CEO/owner for the day to day operations of the Vietnam Representative Office (REP Office)
• Maintaining customer satisfaction as per set targets
• To ensure that the business is operated to the highest standards in line with the mission statement and values
