Minister Dinh La Thang says at the launching ceremony
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Dinh La Thang had a preliminary positive evaluation of the work of ensuring traffic order and safety in the past three years across the country. Traffic accidents of three years in a row have been curbed, the Minister said. These are obstacles to the improvement and development of transport and reduction of traffic accidents in Hanam Province as well as across the country, Minister Dinh La Thang stressed.
